Senate Estimates November 11, 2022: River Murray flows to South Australia

In Senate Estimates, Murray Darling Basin Authority Chief Executive Andrew McConvill and Executive Director River Management Andrew Reynolds confirmed to me that flows into South Australia are set to reach at least 165GL a day.

It is anticipated that these flows will only increase further as the Murray Darling system receives more rainfall.

After the waters subside, we will need to come together as a community to help all those affected.
