Micro Finance Fund – Supplementary (1)

McLACHLAN ( 14:48 :26 ): Supplementary: can the minister confirm that part of my original question of whether these industry experts are subject to the jurisdiction of ICAC, given that the department is very concerned about their independence and them being lobbied? Are they public officers, in effect?

The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Manufacturing and Innovation, Minister for Automotive Transformation, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation) ( 14:48 :49 ): I can take that question on notice and bring back a reply to the member to see the intersection between the legislation governing ICAC and people who the department may call upon to give them advice about applications to the Micro Finance Fund.
