Visiting the Aldinga Bay Surf Life Saving Club

During a visit to the South Coast, I made sure to call into the Aldinga Bay Surf Life Saving Club to view the facilities and meet some of the team. The Federal Government recently provided the Aldinga Bay SLSC with funding to upgrade training equipment for its members. I was especially pleased to meet the club's Vice President Simon Rothwell and Patrols Vice President Andrew Bedford who spoke of the significant growth in junior, adult and family memberships this year. SLSCs are incredible volunteer organisations that play an important role in keeping our coastal communities safe all year round.
