I'm very pleased to see one of our fantastic South Australian businesses, Ingredient Innovations, awarded $546,121 in grant funding under the Federal Government's Accelerating Commercialisation Program. Earlier this month I met with Innovation Director Andrew Fotheringham who briefed me on the impressive work this funding will support. Ingredient Innovations will be able to continue developing its double encapsulation technology which enhances the flavour of food product.
